Square One...

The first home we bid on fell through!  We had a home inspection that revealed a mess of problems and the seller refused to fix any of it.  So we decided to take our party elsewhere!

We placed an offer on home number two yesterday and are waiting for a response/counter offer.

The new home is way different than what we were looking for but the home felt good when standing inside.  It felt like it could be home.  The home needs some updating, a lot of updating but we are up for the task!

The one cool thing about the home is that is has an atrium with a domed roof and skylights!

I no longer get my hopes up when going through the home buying process it will either work out or not.  I would rather find a home that fits or wait until one does.

We will see what happens!
